Returns/Exchanges

Static Boutique ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS.

In the event you are not happy with your purchase, items can be exchanged within 14 days from the date your items are picked up or delivered. Items must be in their original condition, all tags and labels must be on, unwashed and have no odour (ie. Perfume /cigarettes/ laundry detergent). All discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE.

Please be advised that we do not offer price adjustments. If a flash sale commences or items are added to our sale section as last chance items, we cannot adjust the prices for items that were purchased prior to these events.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our small business, we only offer store credit for items being returned. All discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE.

Returns can be made in store or by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

To start a return, you can email us at static.grandbend@gmail.com, Subject Line: RETURN ITEM, ORDER #___. Don’t forget to include your name, order number, item being returned and reason why.

Packages returned by mail will be inspected and we will be in contact with you regarding your credit once item is received. Please ensure to include a copy of your receipt or order number within the package as well.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can be done at equal or greater value. Any items being exchanged for less value than the original purchase will get a store credit applied to the remainder of their balance. All discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE.

If you have questions about an item, please feel free to contact us directly during store hours regarding sizing, etc.

Please note shipping costs for returned items and exchanged item being shipped back are at the customer’s expense.

Holiday Return/Exchange Policy: Christmas Gifts purchased after Nov 15th, are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 10th with the tags attached, but it must be mentioned at checkout that it is a gift. For online purchases, please add it in the notes.
